Approval/consent

Building regulation approval may be required to ensure that you comply with the standards laid down by the Building Regulation Acts in force at the time you build/extend.  Approval is obtained from the local authority responsible for the area in which the property is situated, e.g. Wimbledon is in the London Borough of Merton.
