We aim to achieve our clients’ objectives as effectively and efficiently as possible. Our approach is to work as closely as possible with our clients to gain a detailed understanding of the issues facing their business. We aim to become our client’s legal department and to operate with thorough awareness and, with minimal disruption to the core functions of their business.

The approach required to achieve our clients’ objectives varies from one case to another. For example, in debt recovery matters, we offer a streamlined approach to maximise business revenue at a minimum cost. In all other matters, our approach will be tailored to meet the needs of the particular circumstances and we have the expertise and experience to deal with highly complex litigation.

In line with the ethos of the whole firm, our team provides an innovative and commercial perspective in assisting our clients’ businesses in dealing effectively with any dispute.

Cases

The clients we serve in this field vary from sole traders to multi-national companies. Our work ranges from acting for record producers, stopping the unauthorised publication of songs, to representing high-street shops seeking compensation from a landlord who would not permit a sale of the business premises, to acting for IFAs in disputes over commission, in addition to debt collection on behalf of a TV satellite channel.
