Webster Dixon LLP has a rapidly expanding Property Department and provides a high quality legal service. We can help you with the following areas :

  • Commercial Conveyancing - Webster Dixon LLP will look after the legal side of buying or selling commercial premises and the acquisition of business leases for offices, shops, restaurants, pubs and other commercial premises, including farms and other agricultural premises. We also negotiate lease renewals.
  • Leasehold Reform/Enfranchisement - we assist freeholders and leaseholders in disposals / acquisitions under the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 and the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 to include developments from 2 flats to as many as 200 flats in total. Our services also include advising and negotiating residential lease extensions.
  • Landlord & Tenant Disputes – this is an expanding area of the property department where we give assistance to both landlords and tenants. We can help you adhere to relevant legislation. For example, we can assist in the issue or defence of possession applications and draft tenancy agreements.
  • Property Disputes – we frequently receive instructions to advise on property disputes to include subsidence claims, defective title and indemnity claims, boundary disputes and other general land/property disputes.
  • Residential Conveyancing – we can help you with the buying and selling of freehold and leasehold properties. We deal with all matters from Right to Buy to high value property transactions. Whether you are a property developer or a private owner looking to buy or sell a home, or a company making a commercial investment, we can assist.
