Nighat Sahi joined the firm in January 2008, bolstering the team’s significant employment practice. Nighat trained at the Legal 500 human rights firm Christian Khan, qualifying there in October 2006.
Nighat manages a complex and varied caseload, dealing with a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment work for both individuals and the commercial sector. Nighat has experience in pursuing successful discrimination cases against large corporations and public bodies and is currently acting in a number of high-profile race, religious, sex and disability discrimination, bullying and harassment, and whistle-blowing cases. Nighat is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, the Human Rights Lawyers Association, Liberty and the Law Society.
